GRADUATE COLLECTION!!!

This is my 3rd and final year at university and we are to produce a graduate collection on anything that inspires us. I found this pretty difficult because my friends who have moved with me to Leeds already had an idea of what they wanted their graduate collection to be about, and me being me had no clue at all. So when the time came to tell all our peers in a group discussion about what we were doing I simply told them i had no idea yet, my tutor asked me what inspired me, and i told her comfort in clothes and she also asked what i was writing for my dissertation and it originally started of as fur trade in the 18th century: aesthetic or function (this later changed slightly) so my tutor suggested i look into 18th century fashion. So that is where this collection began!

Fashion Show Boots...

For the end of year fashion show, i wanted to keep with the whole winter theme as that is my season, and a lot of people wear Ugg style boots. Plus i wanted a moccasin style boot but because them because so expensive and my budget would not stretch that far i have decided to buy low costing boots and customise them myself to create a Moccasin inspired boot.

I LOVE how these have come out and i am very happy with them, im glad i decided to do it this way instead of over paying for something that is going to be worn twice.

so i went from 190 photos, to these 12 and i can not get it down to the final 4 so we will have to have a final 12 haha.

Scouting Out A Location...

So on Thursday after college, i went out looking for a good location with trees and possibly a lovely back drop behin this 4 pictures were potential places

 We ended up using this location for one fo the outfits, but the shadowing from the trees were covering her face to much so we moved closer to the water which was just down a pathway.
